Cancellation Policy

Hours of Operation: • Monday–Tuesday: Closed • Wednesday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Friday until 7:00 PM) • Saturday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM • Sunday: Reserved for private/VIP appointments and Presidential Lace Academy classes only ⸻ Booking Policy: • All appointments must be booked via: https://prettypresidential.glossgenius.com • A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. • Remaining balance is due in person — CASH ONLY!! • Online payments for remaining balances will incur a $5 fee. • Accepted deposit options: Chime ($tyra-mcintosh), Cash App ($talisonlypans), or Apple Pay (251-386-2374) • Same-day appointments are subject to a $20 same-day fee. • All appointments will be filmed and photographed for content, education, or marketing purposes. By booking, you agree to this. ⸻ Unit Policy: • Same-day customization on new units is an additional $25. • Please drop units off in advance for best results, or plan accordingly for extended appointment time. ⸻ Appointment Standards: • Please book accordingly. I will not rush on appointments. Your experience deserves time, care, and excellence. • 3 no-shows will result in being permanently banned from future bookings. ⸻ Late Policy: • 10-minute grace period. • $15 late fee will be added after 10 minutes. • After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and deposit forfeited. ⸻ Cancellation Policy: • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to retain your deposit. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows = forfeited deposit. ⸻ Hair Prep Requirements: • Hair must be fully detangled and free of buildup, oils, or heavy product before your service. • Services that require a braid-down do not include shampoo unless noted. • Shampoo + blow dry add-on: $25 ⸻ Private & After-Hour Appointments: • Services before 8:00 AM or after 6:00 PM are $60 extra. • VIP Sunday appointments include full service, refreshments, champagne, and exclusive luxury treatment. ⸻ Children & Extra Guests: • To maintain a peaceful environment, no extra guests or children are allowed unless being serviced. ⸻ Final Terms: • By paying your deposit, you are agreeing to all salon terms and conditions. • CASH ONLY!! is accepted for service balances.
